When Big Emotions Bring Big Challenges

Behavioural approaches to parenting are viewed by some as lacking empathy or compassion. It is true that as Behaviour Therapists, we’re very deliberate about how we approach and respond to behaviour. And yes, we try to minimise the chance of accidentally rewarding what some may refer to as

Uncategorized anxiety,  Behaviour support,  emotion regulation,  mindfulness,  parenting,  tantrums

✨ A little later than planned, but we’re delighted to finally be here! ✨

We’re so pleased to share a first look at our new space in Moynalty, our second Reach Children’s Services location.

Although we had hoped to open earlier in the summer, creating a new space takes a little longer than expected! There are still a few finishing touches to come, but we were delighted to welcome our first family for assessment in Moynalty this week. πŸ’›

It’s been exciting to see the space start to come together, and we’re looking forward to making it a warm, welcoming environment for the children, young people and families we work with.

More pictures to come as we add the finishing touches! 🌿

Swipe through for 5 simple ways to connect through play and build meaningful interactions in everyday moments. πŸ’›
