Use this behaviour chart to support just about any goal. You might use this to re-establish bedtime routines that may have gone out the window during the holidays, or encourage completion of school work or activities at home. You could even use it to remind a child to ask for a break before that frustration kicks in. It can be used as is, just to increase awareness and monitor progress. Or you might add a reward component to the behaviour chart to motivate your child to put forth that extra bit of effort.
